In the state of Oregon, and the country of Netherlands, Euthanasia is prohibited by law, but permitted under severe restrictions. Other than those two small exceptional areas, Euthanasia is illegal and considered murder. Passive Euthanasia is by medication, sometimes considered legal. So Euthanasia is JUST WRONG!

What people are doing to stop Euthanasia
People are saying things to deny Euthanasia such as "Euthanasia can become a means of health care cost containment." and "Euthanasia will only be voluntary!". They are also saying Euthanasia is a rejection of the importance and value of human life, people who support Euthanasia often say that is already considered permissable to take human life under some circumstances such as self-defense- but they miss the point that when one kills for self defense they are saving innocent lives.
